Digitally submitted photos should be a minimum of 300 dpi (dots or pixels per inch) and emailed to mailto:photos@hysmp.com?subject=First
Internet photos are normally only 72 dpi and will produce low quality results, which we cannot guarantee. We also cannot be responsible for color quality of photos submitted digitally, as we have no actual photo to compare the colors to. The color reproduction is based soley upon the photo file submitted. If you do not have a quality digital photo to email, you may mail your photo to: HYS Marketing Products, N53W24950 S. Corporate Circle, Suite 2, Sussex, WI 53089. We will scan and crop your photo to fit, at no extra charge, and return your photo after the cards are produced. Photos requiring touchups may incur additional charges. We will contact you if this is the case, prior to processing your order.

Please Note: Color fidelity warranted by HYS Marketing Products, LLC is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." HYS Marketing Products, LLC offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. We cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order or from one order to another. HYS Marketing Products, LLC does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on each customer’s monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance due to monitor settings.
